Cemented total knee prosthesis with a postirior-stabilisedrotatory for difficult cases of first intention and revision
* The high level of constraint provides frontal and sagittal stability
* The roll back obtained (11 mm) by the posterior cam reproduces the physiological movementof the femur with respect to the tibia
* The posterior and distal femoral half-wedges and the tibial half-wedges resolve the problem of the loss of bone substance
* Fixation to the bone may be improved by a series of stems of different diameters and lenghts
* Possibility of shifted stem
* Mobile bearing and femoral componenet should be the same size
* The choice of the size of the tibial tray is independent of the size of the femoral component
* Possibility to mix components from the MC3 and MC2 series.

Femoral component
* Cobalt-Chromium femoral component to be cemented
* Anatomic design with wide and deep trochlea
* 5 right and left sizes
* A series of extension stems assembled by morse taper
* 1 extra short conical stem
* Alveolar cylindrical stems available in 3 lenghts (50, 85 and 130 mm) 4 diameters (12, 14, 16 and 18 mm)
* Srems 16 and 18 mm in diameter and 130 mm long are available with a sagittal slit
* Distal and posterior wedges in trickesses of 5 and 10 mm fixed by screws
* Notche providing perfect orientation of the slit stems

Tibial tray
* Cobalt-Chromium tibial tray to be cemented
* Anatomic design that may be used on a right or left tibia
* Conical stem base fitted with fins, ending in a morse taper that is able to accept the extra short stem and the extension rods
* Mobile bearing UHMWPE polyethylene vacuum-packaged
* Profil of the contact surfaces providing anterior posterior stability and high congruence during the walking cycle
* 5 sizes available in 6 thicknesses (9, 11, 13, 15, 17 and 19 mm)
* Series of extension stems assembled by morse taper
* The stems are identical to the femoral components (except for slit stems that may not be used with tibial bearings)
* Internal and external half-wedges with outer profile reproducing the taper of the tibia available in 5 and 10 mm thicknesses fixed with 2 screws

* Patella formed by a sphere portion cut according to an oval contour and aquipped with 2 markers
* The patella component has to be cemented
