The implant
Anatomic left or right cemented prosthesis, available in 3 sizes SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE which all components could be mix, the polyethylene bearing must be the same size as femoral component.
The polyethylene bearing must be the same size as femoral component.
Modular extension stems.
Tibial and femoral off-set wedges.
3 patella sizes which corresponds to 3 femoral components sizes.

The concept
Metal/metal rotation axis in order to remove the polyethylene bearing and avoid polyethylene particles salting-out and gap .
The possible rotation on first flexion degrees, limited at +/-7° allows to avoid patella engagement lac kat the beginning of flexion. The shape of the trochlea, with 6° inclination insures the stability of the patella and reduces anatomic rotation in flexion.
This limited rotation reduces stress on the axis and prevent dislocation of the components.
The constant condyles load on the tibial bearing limits stress on the axis.
Absence of cam effect during rotation prevents the dislocation of the pivot axis.
