Mobile cup with retentive ring
Materials :
Cuplules are made in stainless stell (ISO 5832-1) and in an ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (ISO 5834-1 and 5834-2)
The retentive ring is made in polyethylene UHMWPE (ISO 5834-1 et 5834-2)
Characteristics :
The cup consists of a polyethylene inner layer embedded in a stainless shell for D28 heads.
The cup is available with a diameter of no less than 44mm in order to ensure sufficient of the polyethene inner layer, which is reduced by the removable ring.
The ring ensures the cup retentivity. Its high elasticity facilitates clip on insisd the cup. It is already embedded in the periphery of the cup on delivery.
In the event of the ring being inserted the wrong way round, simply locate the two recessed holes that must be positioned on the head side opposite the cup.

The cup consists of a polyethylene inner layer embedded in a stainless steel shell.
Head retentivity inside the cup is ensured by the entrance diameter of the cup itself, which is smaller than the diameter 28mm required for the prosthetic head.
