1- Nature of the personal data collected

In order to respect the privacy of its users, C2F IMPLANTS is committed to the collection and processing of personal information carried out by this website in compliance with Law No. 78-17 dated 6 January 1978 concerning information technology, computer files and freedoms, called the "Loi informatique et libertés" [law on computer data and freedoms], as amended in 2004.

The information that we collect comes from :

  • Either the voluntary registration of an e-mail address that allows us to answer your contact request ;
  • Or data from your browsing of our websites via cookies : consultation of a web page, click on a link, search carried out, etc.


2- What do we do with these data ?

2-1 Purpose of the collected data

Depending on the case, the uses are as follows :

  • If you contacted us via the contact form : in this case, your e-mail address is used to answer you and send you internal announcements ;
  • The C2F IMPLANTS websites collect personal data through cookies (see complete presentation below in paragraph 3).

In addition, the personal data is kept as per the provisions of Decree No. 2011-219 dated 25 February 2011 regarding the storage and communication of data that make it possible to identify any person who has contributed to the creation of content put online.

The collected personal data will not be transferred outside of C2F IMPLANTS or France.

2-2 Your rights concerning your personal data

As per the "Loi informatique et libertés" [law on computer data and freedoms] dated 6 January 1978 as amended in 2004, you have a right to access, oppose and delete your personal data

You can exercise these rights at any time and by any means, in particular :

3-1 PRESENTATION OF A COOKIE

A cookie is a text file that is useful for the navigation of websites that is placed in a dedicated place on the hard drive of your device (computer, tablet, cell phone or any other device optimised for the internet) when you consult a content or ad online.
